Giovanna is a result-driven ICF – Professional Certified Coach and Management Consultant, her mission is to help entrepreneurs and executives to explore, define and execute new strategies, promote corporate changes, facilitate the alignment of teams with the company culture, boost sales, and achieve exponential success.

Giovanna has more than twenty-five years of experience at a managerial level, helping entrepreneurs build teams and processes that accelerate growth. She has successfully managed a wide range of corporate projects from strategy to implementation in Europe, Asia, and the Middle East. During her career, she has also successfully designed and conducted corporate training and workshops, providing outstanding programmes for hundreds of managers and employees.

She has been privileged to work both as an executive in corporations and an external management consultant, where she garnered deeper insight into corporate internal dynamics and first-hand knowledge of all aspects of business. She brings a diverse background of sales, marketing, product management, global markets, customer service, and organisational development. This makes her a valuable resource for leaders adapting to rapid market change and wanting to build an attractive and results-driven employee culture, improve resilience, and better embrace uncertainties in today’s volatile, complex, and ambiguous environments characterised by fast-paced innovation.
