Dr Mukta is a Founder and a Chief consultant, a facilitator and a coach working in the area of Human Capital Development.

Prior to starting her own firm in 2017, Mukta has worked for over 20 years in various capacities in Indian and Multinational organizations including Tata Services, Bajaj Auto Ltd., RPG Enterprises, Cummins India Ltd, Tata- Fiat Ltd., and the National Institute of Bank Management.

Of her 20 years of work experience, she worked in Marketing and Strategy related roles for about 10 years and then moved to Human resources to follow her passion for unlocking human potential through Leadership and Organization Development.

Mukta has delivered leadership development programs in a variety of sectors including manufacturing, financial services, retail, consumer markets, insurance, technology and design. She has coached CEOs, senior business leaders, entrepreneurs and middle managers across sectors. She has cascaded workplace coaching for three large manufacturing set ups in India. Mukta also facilitates T-Groups at the Indian Society of Applied behavioural sciences and is actively involved with voluntary work with local communities in Pune.

Mukta holds a Master’s degree in Business Economics, a Ph.D. in Marketing Management (Services marketing) and a Post-Doctoral Research Fellowship supported by the Commonwealth Nations. Mukta is an alumnus of the Wharton School Accelerated Development Program. Mukta continues to deliver some sessions at the Indian School of Business and some other esteemed B-Schools in the country.

She also regularly writes on business and leadership related topics for magazines, newsletters and popular dailies that include People Matters, ISABS Here and Now, The Hindu etc. Mukta paints passionately, writes poetry and short stories as well.
