As an accredited centre for the Institute of Leadership and Management, Desiree provides training for delegates in all aspects of leadership and management from level 2 to level 5. Desiree enjoys working with teams to maximise their effectiveness and achieve results. She has had several articles published in magazines, and in 1997, her first book was published, An Introduction to Office Management for Secretaries (Cassell).
