For decades, Ivy has been coaching leaders and leadership teams across China, Hong Kong and Australia to design and facilitate change at individual, organisational and community levels. She established her consulting practice in 1998 with the purpose of transforming organisational culture, expanding leadership capability and coaching leaders to act on their visions and missions. She was also among the pioneering executive coaches in Hong Kong who introduced and actively promoted coaching within organisations.
Ivy’s purpose as a coach is to expand leaders’ capacity to live holistically well and balanced lives, to embody clear and conscious values, and to become positive, active agents of change in the world.
