Jane is an experienced Management and Training Consultant. She worked for over 20 years in the National Health Service before setting up her training company in 1994, specialising in individual, team and organisational development. She offers a variety of creative techniques to enable the learner to gain the maximum learning from training events.
She is also an experienced facilitator of Action Learning Sets in the workplace. Jane also offers executive coaching to individuals in order to maximise their performance and development. She is currently involved in delivering the NHS Graduate Management Training Scheme Programme across the UK.
Jane has an MSc in Management and Organisational Development and she has a Diploma in Business Performance Coaching. She is a Fellow of the Institute of Training and Occupational Learning and a member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development.
