Amna is a change‑management facilitator who helps Jordan government ministries and large public institutions implement digital transformation through Business Process Re‑engineering and ICT‑focused culture building. She led the Jordan e‑Government programme’s PMO, delivering nation‑wide ICT literacy training and aligning strategy, process and technology to meet PMI standards, recognised as a Certified Management Consultant.

Since 2002, Amna has been the Head of Change Management at the Jordan e-Government Program: Program Management Office (PMO), Ministry of Information and Communications Technology (MoICT), Amman, Jordan.
Her responsibilities include:
- Effective project management and initiative implementation through alignment of strategy, process, technology, and people
- Business Process Re-engineering (BPR) and Change Management, specified and carried out to PMO standards throughout the initiative lifecycle
- Monitoring and updating PMO standards and norms for BPR and Change Management
- Monitoring and assuring optimum communication between PMO, project managers, and other ministries/departments
- Coordinating with ICT Promotions personnel for e-Government communications
- Proactively identifying training needs for the PMO staff, and developing the PMO staff-training plan
- Managing the National training programs, such as the ICT Literacy, planning for other national training programs, and planning towards diversifying training for Jordan Government Employees for the purpose of skill development and creating an ICT culture among the Government entities
She is a member of the Institute of Management Accountants (IMA member) and the Institute of Management Consultants (IMC member). Amna is also a Certified Management Consultant (CMC).
