Kiran is an Engineering graduate and a Postgraduate in Management, majoring in Marketing. He has an extremely rich experience of over 25 years in the Engineering and Training realm. He is a trained facilitator in Process work by Indian Society for Applied Behavioral Sciences (ISABS).

Kiran is trained in Behavioral Assessments on the DISC model and the FIRO-B (Fundamental Interpersonal Relationship Behavior Orientation). He has also undergone certification on Culture at the workplace (CWQ-Hofstede Model), GTPQ and Competency Profiling System by ITAP Intl. He is also a Certified Extended DISC Administrator (CEDA). Kiran has successfully been certified as a NLP Practitioner by NLP Life - Dr. Richard Bandler.
