He is accredited by the South African Qualifications Authority as a facilitator and assessor, and has developed courses that comply with outcomes-based requirements, and are hands-on, in various disciplines. Chris is experienced in the implementation of ISO quality systems as well as providing training in quality assurance, and has designed a board game concept on Performance Management for a large IT company.

- Presenting Customer Care courses to Etisalat staff in Dubai in 2003
- Presenting Event management as well as Project Management courses in countries such as Swaziland, Botswana, and Namibia on behalf of an events company called Lab Epitomy in 2004
- Starting a company-wide Customer Care course for the municipality of Johannesburg in 2004
