A much sought-after trainer, motivational speaker, and success coach, he has trained all levels of management, from CEOs, executive directors, and vice presidents, general managers, as well as middle-level managers and executives in his training career. He has also trained the human chain at multinationals like Adani Realty, Intas Pharma, Raymond, L&T, Zydus Cadila, Fiat India, Tata Motors Group, and many more.

He has been trained at AOTS, Japan, for “Innovative Operations Management”. The global manufacturing practices like Kaizen and 5S, which are capable of organisation turnaround for achieving milestones and creating “The Quality Chain”, are among his areas of expertise.
