His extensive talent management consulting engagement experience includes global talent design and implementation for developing High Potentials for organisations across various industries. In these projects, he worked closely with executive-level leaders in the development of Competency Frameworks, leading to the Competency-based Performance Management, Talent Management, and Succession Planning Strategy, creating alignment, consistency, and a common approach across the global corporate functions.
He was also the Global Information Services (GIS) Business Unit Leader with Mercer HR Consulting. Prior to joining Mercer, he was the Head of Hay Learning Services and Senior Consultant of Organisational Effectiveness/Leadership Development with The Hay Group. He has also assumed senior leadership roles in business development and consulting with The Forum Corporation and Mercuri International, with a focus on leadership development, customer service excellence, and sales force effectiveness.
