As a freelancer trainer, my mission is to provide my expertise based on my work history and training experience, to close the gaps between the workforce and the desired performance development of their management.
I focus my efforts mostly on training that targets administrative skills required in the marketplace and specific to job descriptions.
My goal is to offer my skills in all training and educational processes, including training need assessments, training need analysis, design, development, and implementation, assessments, and return on investment (ROI), as well as linking training to job descriptions, thereby going beyond the actual implementation.
