Cristiana is an Italian lady who has been based in Dubai since 2011. She was transferred to Dubai by her current employer, a multinational chemical company.

She is currently a Senior Customer Service Specialist with other responsibilities such as Project Management. Cristiana is Six Sigma Green Belt certified and is leading a large project for the area of Middle East and Africa, working closely with different stakeholders from all over the world.

Cristiana loves her job. She is a committed, energetic, enthusiastic professional and a fast learner. Despite her successful role, Cristiana is looking at what really is her passion. After having been mentored and coached herself, she realised that coaching, training and development is her area of interest, even though not necessarily of expertise at this moment.

Cristiana has received several trainings within her company, such as "7 Habits" and "Social Styles", etc. She gets energised and motivated when she listens to these courses and it makes her want to deliver these trainings as well.

Cristiana can speak English fluently, has a good knowledge of German and she has started to learn Arabic. She has an international experience, having worked for large multinationals in Italy and in Ireland. This has broadened her attitude towards multi-cultural environments.
