After serving various banks and financial institutions in India and UAE for over 20 years, in 1996, Chander established his own training and management consulting business in Dubai. In 1999, he joined a US-based organization specializing in strategic management, as its Global Partner for UAE. Currently, he is the Centre's Certified Master Facilitator, Senior Consultant, Key Note Speaker, and Regional Managing Partner for Middle East & Africa.
